1. Orders & Payment Terms

  • We do not offer any or provide any self collect or walk-in purchase.
  • We only accept order & payments made from Brandsxclusive.com.my
  • We only accept payment currency transactions by Ringgit Malaysia
  • When placing orders, you agree and confirm to purchase base on the terms and conditions and the policy, we may or may not accept your offer at our discretion
  • We do not accept any upgrade, change of models or cancellation of orders once yours orders have been placed, therefore kindly ensure you have verify all the purchase details before confirming placing yours orders and proceed payments method 
  • After receive and accept your orders, we will notify you an acceptance by issuing an orders invoice or delivery notes through our customer supports Contact Us
  • Subject to terms and conditions, we will notify you after the orders fulfillment has done and when the orders will be or has been shipped out

2. Orders Delivery Charges Rates

  • Before proceed yours orders payment checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for yours orders
  • Total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order 
  • Shipping charges rates based by flat rates for every orders, free shipping only available for selected items or special promotion event
  • RM 20.00 for West Malaysia & RM 40.00 for East Malaysia, Brandsxclusive.com.my reserved the rights to increasing or decreasing the rates based on logistic and transportations solutions company during MCO period or any economy inflations terms without prior notice

3. Orders & Delivery Terms

  • We only Provide Orders Delivery Within Malaysia and Will Not Delivery Orders to Address Out of Malaysia
  • We will proceed yours orders within 24 hours after payments verified and up to 1 to 3 business days for fulfillments process
  • Delivery process will not begin until we receive full payment and all complete shipping information.
  • Orders fulfillment is proceed by ours locals or internationals products manufacturers or distributors or brands owners inventory fulfillments center & ready shipments parcels for locals or internationals logistic and transportation solutions company
  • For orders done before 11:00 PM, processing day will be counted on that day. For orders done after 11:00 PM, processing day will start on the next business day. Processing up to 1 to 3 business days
  • Orders placed on weekend or public holiday will not begin payment processing until next business, unless otherwise agreed by us, orders delivery will be made to address indicated on your order confirmation
  • The estimated shipment date on your orders is based on product availability, payment processing time and warehouse processing time and does not include transit time. 
  • Kindly provides the exact shipping address, contacts information for yours orders delivery
  • If no-one be able to sign & receive ordered parcels or is there any enquiry regarding, kindly contact & liaise with our customer supports before the parcels have been shipped out during ours business operating hours
  • For West Malaysia Apple Standard Products / Others Brands Ready-Stock Products, eta delivery process takes 1 to 5 business days after the parcels leaves the inventory warehouse center and also subjects on import export or locals or internationals products manufacturers or distributors or brands owners stock availability 
  • For West Malaysia Apple CTO Products / Others Brands Pre-Orders Products, eta delivery process takes 7 to 31 business days after the parcels leaves the inventory warehouse center and also subjects on import export or locals or internationals products manufacturers or distributors or brands owners stock availability
  • For East Malaysia Apple Standard Products / Others Brands Ready-Stock Products, eta delivery process takes 3 to 7 business days after the parcels leaves the inventory warehouse center and also subjects on import export or locals or internationals products manufacturers or distributors or brands owners stock availability
  • For East Malaysia Apple CTO Products / Others Brands Pre-Orders Products, eta delivery process takes 14 to 62 business days after the parcels leaves the inventory warehouse center and also subjects on import export or locals or internationals products manufacturers or distributors or brands owners stock availability
  • Orders will only shipped out by following below business operating terms only
  • All deliveries parcels requested as compulsory to be signed upon receipts.
  • We highly recommend you to unboxing the parcels and proceed the first of user experiences and check all received products or goods or items within 24 hours upon the times received yours parcels from ours locals or internationals logistic & transportation solutions company
  • We highly recommend you to proceed together with photos capturing and videos recording of yours ordered products or goods or items for the whole parcels unboxing duration

5. Public Holidays and distribution center closures

Please note ours locals or internationals products manufacturers or distributors or brands owners inventory fulfillments center & locals or internationals logistic and transportation solutions company are closed on public holidays in Malaysia. For orders placed on, or the day before one of these dates, processing time will be extended by 1 to 2 business working days

Special Notice : Slower delivery may be expected during these periods due to the closure of the distribution center and high demand.

6. How To Check and Track Orders or Delivery Parcels Status

  • To track your orders shipment status, please input your tracking number here or direct contact our customer supports Contact Us
  • Some locals or outstation or same day delivery orders couldn't be tracking by supported tracking systems, but ours logistic and transportations teams will stay connected and update the delivery status
  • If yours orders didn't received as promises times kindly contact our customers supports immediately. 

7. Why Orders Delivery Is Late

We always aim to deliver orders within our standard delivery times, but sometimes unexpected factors can cause delays in orders delivery and Here are some reasons your delivery might be late : 

  • Orders was shipped during sales and promotions season
  • The Orders got more than one product, in exceptional circumstances orders may arrive in different packages and on different dates
  • Orders was placed during public holidays
  • There were unpredictable circumstances beyond ours control
  • If this issue has happening, we sincerely apologize and promise will stay updated and resolve the issue as soon as possible we can
