3. Returns & Replace or Exchange Terms 

  • BrandsXclusive Marketing (RA0072098-H) will engage communication and investigate to define whether the products or goods or items is claim deemed as dead on arrival (DOA) and to be required of returning
  • After define, the same products or goods or items customers ordered will proceed for exchanges or replacements and shipped out by BrandsXclusive Marketing (RA0072098-H).

  • For locals within klang valley (only), BrandsXclusive Marketing (RA0072098-H) will arrange supported logistic and transportation solutions company to proceed pickups or collects for returning products or goods or items from customers givens or dedicated address or locations
  • For outstation orders, customers compulsory required to packing the products or goods or items as well for returning to us on own arrangement 
  • If products or goods or items is not deemed as dead on arrival (DOA) and returning by logistic and transportation all and others miscellaneous charges shall bear by customers own
  • If products or goods or items is deemed as dead on arrival (DOA) and returning by logistic and transportation all and others miscellaneous charges shall bear by brandsxclusive.com.my
  • This dead on arrival (DOA) policy applies only to branded hardware products currently offered at brandsxclusive.com.my as new products are offered, brandsxclusive.com.my reserves the right to determine whether or not this policy applies. 
  • The dead on arrival (DOA) for branded products and other branded products offered at brandsxclusive.com.my may differ.
  • If branded hardware products deemed as dead on arrival (DOA) by brandsxclusive.com.my after seven (7) calendar days from the date customers received, standard products warranty will applies
  • If branded hardware product is deemed by brandsxclusive.com.my not to be dead on arrival (DOA), standard products warranty will applies
  • brandsxclusive.com.my reserves the right to test returned DOA product. If the condition of the product is misrepresented by the customer, brandsxclusive.com.my may impose a handling fee.
  • Replace or exchanges will not be provided if you simply want a different color, change of specifications, change a non-defective unit for a different model or brand, or if you simply change your mind
  • Replace or exchange are at the sole discretion of the company, replace or exchange claims must be proceed within seven (7) days of purchase and is solely at the company’s discretion
  • We may (at our sole discretion) to determine the acceptance of replace or exchange
